Beauty

"Beauty is only skin deep" Proverb. First found in Overbury's poem, 1613. 'All the carnall beauty of my wife, Is but skin deep'. What his wife thought isn't recorded. My take: What do I care if its skin deep or if it reaches the heart? I am interested in the SKIN. Period.
